Why is it ok to use the handicapped stall, but not to park in handicapped spaces?  Seems that pooing is more time-sensitive than parking.

If so - 20th Annual Meeting on November 10 at John Q Hammons Convention Center - really moved up town.  An retired in December 05 - Marion retiring on the 11/23/06...Paula, Cari and I are still here.
