You Should Avoid Imagescapes of Colorado

I'll start with the good.  We live in Northern Colorado and recently had our house painted, inside and out.  We hired Perfection Painting of Longmont to do the work, and they did a fantastic job.  The interior had its challenges (a wide variety of colors, lots of transitions, a kitchen, etc.) but their work was flawless.  Communication was great, they were eager to correct mistakes, and they were both pleasant and accommodating with regard to the Wet Smurf Blue incident.

And now for the bad…  We hired Imagescapes of Colorado to do some landscaping work a few months ago, and it was a regrettable experience.  Imagescapes is a disorganized and dishonest company.  If you're considering using them for your landscaping project, shoot me an e-mail and I will send you text and pictures documenting the whole ordeal.  (I wrote up our experience in tragic detail, but ultimately decided not to post it here on the blog.  Essentially, we paid for six pieces of work, and five of them came nowhere close to meeting our expectations.  I can still hardly believe what a horrible company Imagescapes is.)

I'd like to see the photos or hear more... We were planning to contract Imagescapes/Michelle Craig for a small yard job in Broomfield.  Everything seemed fine but I'm getting nervous because after receiving the deposit she hasn't returned our calls or updated our bid, even though she was slated to start early next week.

Thanks,

Asher
